PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIME

Domestic (Korea)
- Standard Shipping: 1–3 business days after dispatch

International
- Standard International Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Express Shipping (DHL): 3–5 business days

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

For international orders, customs duties and taxes may be applied by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

DELAYS

Please note that shipping times may vary due to external factors such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays. BAEY is not responsible for delays once the order has been shipped.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Return Policy

At BAEY, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we’re here to help.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be included

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items damaged due to customer handling
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

If approved:

EXCHANGES
